If you are not fully satisfied with a product, just call us within 30 days of shipment. We will issue a full credit or refund, even if the product has been opened or used. For customers located in the continental USA, we will send a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return any unused items at our expense. Just box up the product with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to USPS at your convenience.
Because of O.S.H.A. regulations, items used in the patient’s mouth must be autoclaved before returning to Alliance Dental Supplies. For all handpieces and small equipment, you may use one in your office on trial; we can only accept the return of one unit in used condition.
